Mark Tufo Best-Selling Zombie Ebooks

Zombie Fallout 4 Ebook by Mark Tufo

If you like zombie books then you should love Mark Tufo, he’s only been published for just over a year but his zombie ebooks are regular best-sellers at Amazon’s Kindle store. His latest in his Zombie Fallout series is Zombie Fallout 4: The End Has Come and Gone which at this moment in time (28 October 2011) has already had 33 reviews – 30 of which were 5 star (the other were 3 or 4 star) – that’s pretty good going, as Zombie book reviewers are notoriously picky. It’s come out just in time for Halloween too, which has got to be a plus point!

Mark Tufo is, by his own admission not the most prolific of writers, if he writes 1,000 words in a day he considers that to be pretty good going. So at that rate a book will take around 3 or 4 months (there are others who managed to churn out a book in 3 or 4 weeks !) – but what he lacks in quantity he makes up for in quality !

The Zombie Fallout is not his first series, that honor goes to the Indian Hill series,the first one of which sat in his garage for 15 years before he finally got round to editing it and publishing it for the Kindle. Fifteen years ago of course it would have been impossible to self-publish on the Internet, so we can see it as amazingly prescient of Mark Tufo that he left the book alone for 15 years to allow the zombies to slowly mature (except that it’s not about zombies but alien abudctors and fights to the death).

There is not much information about Mark Tufo on the Internet at the moment, he was born in Boston and lives in Colorado, although he does have a blog  – Mark Tufo – but unfortunately he is not forthcoming about such matters as sales of his ebooks. Other ebook authors, such as Katie Klein, do of course reveal all, which is an excellent idea in our humble opinion as we here at the ebookstore are really nosey and like to see the numbers !

He also does not have a Wikipedia page – which somebody ought to correct !

If you are looking for a zombie book for Christmas then this could be the one, there will be more from Mark Tufo of course. but probably in the New Year.
